Sidney and Tj Prepping for Equine Affair.

Friday April 12th, 2024 will be the Versatile Horse and Rider competition at Equine Affair in Columbus. Twenty-Five riders from around the country have been chosen to compete in a high stake's competition of Versatility. Sidney and Tj are one of the those 25.
Sidney has been very busy working on colt breaking at the University of Findlay this sophomore year, so Tj has been here on the farm taking it easy. (Getting fat) He has never been much of an obstacle kind of horse, but he certainly has other skills "Sky" never quite perfected... so Sidney wanted to try him out in the Versatility competition. She had a total of two days to introduce him to this world, all over spring break, based on weather predictions. So we created a crash course here on the farm. Actually, two of them. One inside and one outside, just to get his head wrapped around things he'll be seeing, he certainly never runs across in the Reining competition's he is used too.
